Our mini getaway to Hot Springs was enjoyable overall, but the stay at the resort was just okay. Our stay at SunBay was a mixed bag. The resort is centrally located in Hot Springs with lots of nearby dining options, and our unit had a lovely view of the lake. However, the rooms felt dated and there were some uncomfortable amenities, particularly with the lack of air conditioning in the smaller bedroom. Overall, it’s a decent spot for a getaway, but some upgrades are certainly needed.
